Sandra served as a key IBIS Program Business Intelligence leader, driving reporting, analytics, and executive visibility for Sun’s Oracle 11i ERP program. She set direction for BI delivery and ensured leaders had reliable dashboards and trusted insights.
Meanwhile, Dawn worked within the ENS Global Program Office as an IT Service Management Programs Business Analyst and PMO leader. She interfaced with Sandra often to connect BI needs to operational execution. Specifically, Dawn supported program libraries, strengthened governance standards, and advanced SunPPM (ITG Mercury) efforts to automate PMO controls.
