Celebrating the women and allies of AI Service Delivery who are already changing the field —

What We’re Launching for International Women’s Day 2026

First, on March 8 (International Women’s Day), HDI Chicagoland releases the Women of AI & Service Management White Paper. Importantly, we connect gender equity to practical outcomes in AI service operations, ITSM transformation, and Responsible AI governance.

Next, on March 11, 2026, we host a virtual executive panel to launch it publicly. In addition, we produce a YouTube spotlight series—fast, real conversations with women leading agent assist, knowledge management strategy, service desk automation, and SecOps.

Why C-Level Leaders and Women in IT Should Care

Women hold fewer than 18% of AI executive roles. However, service management, SecOps, and enterprise IT leadership often sit even lower. So, this isn’t a pipeline problem—rather, it’s a visibility problem. Consequently, we’re fixing it.

Meanwhile, when the right operators stay invisible, organizations standardize the wrong playbooks. Therefore, we spotlight women who build AI governance, manage AI risk, and drive service resilience. Ultimately, executives get clearer signals, faster alignment, and stronger decision-making across service delivery.

Executive Outcomes We’ll Make Actionable
  • CIO priorities: strengthen service delivery operating models, accelerate AI-enabled ITSM, and modernize the service desk without losing control.
  • CISO priorities:
  • COO priorities:
  • CXO priorities:

Finally, I’m reaching out because you—or someone you know—belongs in this conversation. Although the deadline is short, the visibility lasts. So, let’s move.

How to Join the IWD: AI Service Management Spotlight

Three ways to be part of this — choose one or all three
01
Be Featured — Executive Speaker & Video Spotlight
YouTube Interview + March 11 Panel

First, we record 10–15 minute interviews between now and March 11—async or live, on your schedule. Then, we feature women leading:

  • AI strategy, Responsible AI, governance, and engineering leadership
  • AI-enabled ITSM, service desk modernization, and support operations
  • SecOps, cybersecurity leadership, and AI risk management
  • Customer experience leadership, customer service AI, and CX operations

Finally, we edit and distribute. You speak; we amplify. As a result, leadership teams hear the right operators.

02
Nominate Women Leaders — Build the Executive List
Nominate · Connect · Collaborate

Next, nominate the women you want every CIO/CISO/COO to know. Because one introduction can change a career, we’re moving quickly. Therefore, we’re asking for:

  • Women leaders in AI service management, ITSM transformation, and service operations
  • Women driving Responsible AI governance, AI compliance, and AI risk leadership
  • Women in SecOps and cybersecurity leadership shaping real operating models
  • Women leading customer service AI, CX analytics, and experience operations

In short: you nominate; we engage. Consequently, the right work gets seen and funded.

03
Sponsor — Executive Visibility + Women-in-IT Impact
IWD Launch · Leadership Summit · Recognition Cruise

Finally, sponsor partners lead publicly—because visibility strengthens leadership brands and employer brands. Moreover, sponsors show measurable commitment to women in IT. Specifically, we’re activating:

  • March 11 — Virtual IWD Executive Launch (white paper + panel)
  • Spring 2026 — Women in Service Leadership Summit (Chicagoland)
  • Summer 2026 — Annual HDI Recognition Boat Cruise

Sponsorship includes white paper placement, panel visibility, year-round recognition, and sponsored HDI memberships. Therefore, you earn attention for the right reasons—while your teams benefit directly.

Agenda Topics: AI Governance, Service Operations, SecOps, and CX

The panel and spotlight series will explore the real moments where AI meets service, support, security, and executive decision-making. Additionally, we will translate insights into leadership-ready talking points for CIOs, CISOs, COOs, and executive women leaders. As a result, more leaders will ship better outcomes—faster.
