1. Access the Demand or Project Module

  • First, Navigate to the Module: Begin by going to the Demand Management or Project Management module in ServiceNow.

  • Next, Locate the Record: Use the search bar or list view to find and select the specific demand or project you want to work with.

3. Populate Required Fields

  • Then, Ensure Completeness: Before proceeding, validate that the following fields are populated in your data view to get complete Gantt chart data:

    • Assigned To/Project Manager
